Anticipate important preferences while protecting confidentiality and serving with executive precision.
Clearly distinguish estimates, offers, holds, bookings, payments, and verified confirmations.
Coordinate air, residences, ground travel, accessibility, and special requests as one coherent itinerary.
AI assists planning and organization; trained people approve commitments and handle sensitive escalations.
THE SOVEREIGN LIAISON PROTOCOL
Every client request enters the Royal Escapes owner workspace. The assigned advisor or liaison moves it through discovery, authorized sourcing, proposal, documented approval, verified confirmation, journey support, and accountable closeout.
Review the protected intake record, respond promptly, and introduce the assigned Royal Travel Advisor or Sovereign Liaison.
Confirm destinations, dates, travelers, budget, commercial or private air needs, residences, vehicles, accessibility, privacy preferences, and priorities.
Use only company-approved suppliers, verified property inventory, and contracted partner portals. Never scrape or copy another marketplace listing.
Present two or three curated choices with supplier identity, pricing status, deadlines, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation terms clearly labeled.
Record the client’s selected option and obtain payment only through an approved secure checkout or authorized supplier after all terms are disclosed.
Verify traveler names, dates, supplier confirmation numbers, receipts, property authority, and the final itinerary before delivery.
Send reminders, monitor supplier notices, assist during travel, and immediately escalate safety, legal, financial, privacy, accessibility, or complaint matters.
Confirm the journey concluded, resolve open issues, reconcile records, request feedback, and document the completed service.
STEP-BY-STEP BUSINESS PLAN
Confirm the legal entity, seller-of-travel requirements, insurance, accounting, policies, and advisor classification.
Establish suitable host-agency, lodging, commercial air, private aviation, vehicle, cruise, tour, travel-protection, and luxury-service partnerships.
Screen advisors and liaison candidates for service ability, discretion, judgment, communication, travel knowledge, and recordkeeping discipline.
Complete company orientation, supplier training, destination learning, high-value fraud prevention, privacy, accessibility, AI controls, and emergency escalation.
Require supervised practice itineraries and an accuracy review before an advisor or liaison handles clients independently.
Begin with inquiry-and-proposal service; activate instant booking only after live inventory, payments, and support are tested.
Track response time, quote-to-book rate, gross sales, commission, service fees, cancellations, complaints, and repeat travelers.
Add countries and supplier categories only after local legal, tax, privacy, and service readiness reviews.
