Verify identity, ownership or management authority, entity details, and payment recipient.

2. Agreements

Sign the host agreement, fee schedule, cancellation terms, data permissions, and payout instructions.

3. Safety

Review insurance, permits, occupancy, alarms, pool barriers, emergency contacts, and local requirements.

4. Listing assets

Collect authorized photographs, accurate descriptions, amenities, accessibility details, house rules, and fees.

5. Availability

Connect or document calendars, rates, minimum stays, deposits, taxes, blackout dates, and cancellation rules.

6. Approval

Management reviews the complete record, publishes it, and monitors quality, complaints, and changes.
